CU Service Centers offer personal face-to-face service for Rivermark members at over 1900 locations in the US and worldwide. It's almost like having a Rivermark branch right around the corner.
You can access your Rivermark accounts for withdrawals, deposits, transfers, and account histories - even make a loan payment — through any of the CU Service Center locations, but your membership and accounts remain at Rivermark. So if you don't live near our main office, or will be vacationing or on a business trip, check to see if there's a CU Service Center nearby:
When you visit a CU Service Center, have your Rivermark account number and a valid picture ID. Please note that some centers may limit cash withdrawals to $500 per day, and you may be subject to system wide charges on items like cashiers checks, that we would not charge you for in the Rivermark lobby.
Surcharge-Free CO-OP Network ATMs in the Portland Metro Area
Here is a list of ATMs in the Portland metro area which you can use without being surcharged. Keep in mind, however, that these are non-Rivermark ATMs, so you get from five to unlimited free transactions per month, depending upon the type of checking account you have with us. Beyond the free limit established by your checking account, each transaction carries a $1.50 service charge for the remainder of that month.
